LABA will do a complete appraisal of the land or building in which it is proposed to invest on the aspects of its pros and cons with reference to the governmental regulations. LABA will inform what can be developed in the land, its locational advantages, upcoming developments surrounding the site, prevailing value / price of the land and buildings, and rental values in the vicinity. LABA will run an exclusive simulation analysis of the probable appreciation in value if it is proposed to invest for value appreciation/ speculative purpose
