Project Retainers for Private Developments

LABA can be employed as retainer to assist the proponents in ensuring compliance of all the regulatory requirements from commencement till completion of the work.

 

Services will be to obtain all the necessary (DTCP, CMDA, DFRS, WRD, AAI, TNPCB, Inspectorate of factories, CRZ, SEIAA) approvals / NOCs / Clearances, watch the construction for it’s conformity with the plan and other approval / NOC / clearance conditions. Updating the government departments / agencies with periodical reports of the status of work as mandated by the conditions of NOC / approval. Obtaining completion, occupation certificate, consent to operate etc.
