Guidance for Approvals

LABA’s technical team will guide the Industrial Corporate, Real Estate Developers, Promoters of Schools, Colleges, Hospitals and Individuals intending to invest in land or building or promote a project to go through a hassle free process in obtaining the mandatory plan approvals / NOCs / clearances from various regulatory agencies viz Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA), Corporations, Municipalities, Town panchayats, Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB), Directorate of Fire and Rescue Services (DFRS), Water Resources Department (WRD), TNRERA, Coastal Zone Management Authority (CZMA), State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Airports Authority of India (AAI), Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) etc.

LABA will check the plans for the proposed construction or development for its compliance in respect of all the regulations applicable, submit the application, attend the queries, check the demand raised for fees and charges, obtain the necessary NOC /
Clearance / Consent / Approval. LABA will also suggest modifications if required in the plan to suit the present day requirements of the activity proposed and for better marketability in cases of real estate projects.

LABA will proactively furnish weekly / monthly progress reports to its clients on the works assigned. In short, LABA will reach the Clients and not the other way around.
