Land Survey Works

LABA has a good expertise in land survey works. Landowners need to be aware of the legal boundaries under their ownership and be encroachment free. In many cases, the boundaries on ground do not match with that of the revenue record of the Government. Further there might be encroachments.

 

LABA can do a complete survey of the land by using total station / drone survey and give a plan showing the boundaries of the land, area, physical features, contour and overlay of boundaries of the survey fields as per the Government records. The deviations in boundaries and encroachments if any will be identified and the procedure to be followed to recover the land or rectify the records will be advised.
